Why am I the right person to help you?
I also struggled with my health a lot while I was growing up. I was unhappy with the way my body looked and how I felt. Ten years ago, I decided to take responsibility and started educating myself. I regained health, energy, and well-being.
Because I have been there, I know it is hard. I tried every single diet, supplement, and exercise program. And they did never work the way I wanted them to. So, I stopped dieting (best decision ever) and I focused on adopting a healthy lifestyle. And it worked! I feel better now than I have ever felt in my childhood and adolescence!
Health is my passion. I’ll never stop reading more books about nutrition, trying different sports activities and learning new recipes. Also, I studied Health Sciences (B.Sc.) at the Technical University of Munich.
Eight years ago, I adopted a plant-based diet and I’ve never looked back. I used to dance as a child and I lifted weights for three years, and currently, I am loving yoga and pilates.
